Dogs

• Have full control over your dog at all times.
• If you have to leave your dog alone in the house for a short period, please shut the bedroom and living room doors.
• Do not allow your dog to bark excessively, cause annoyance to the neighbors, or to other people staying in the house.
• Do not allow your dog on the beds, couches or chairs.
• Do not let your dog chew furniture or scratch the floors.

Cats

• When your cat is alone in the house, please shut the bedroom and living room doors.
• Do not allow your cat on the furniture, or on the beds.
• Do not let your cat scratch the furniture.
• Dispose of cat litter within trash bags in the garbage cans.
